What happens if my grips do not arrive?

All grips are shipped by registered mail services and can be tracked by us. Please be patient, sometimes packages are delayed at customs clearance for reasons unknown, but eventually all packages will get through. If they still do not arrive by the time your patience is up, please contact us and we will resend another set of grips or refund your money whichever you prefer.

What if my grips do not fit my handgun when I get them?

All our grips are tested on the actual handgun for which they are designed (we have a large gun collection), so they should normally fit. It may be that you have a slightly different model or something, in which case you can contact us, return the non-fitting set, and we will resend another set of grips or refund your money whichever you prefer. You can also talk to us about producing a custom grip to fit your handgun if it is a slightly peculiar model.

Can I get a discount on my order?

In general No. However we rely on good customers to spread the word about our products and therefore if you order lots of grips we will love you so much that we may be able to give you a special deal on that bulk order. You can at least talk to us about the possibility, even if we say no we will do it in the nicest possible way because, lets face it, you all have guns!
