Q. What happens if my grips do not arrive?

A: All grips are shipped by registered mail services and can be tracked . We will send you the Tracking # once we ship. Please be patient, sometimes packages are delayed at customs clearance for reasons unknown, but eventually all packages will get through. However, if they still don’t arrive, just contact us and we will send a replacement set of grips or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Q. What if my grips do not fit my handgun when I get them?

A: All our grips are tested on the actual handgun for which they are designed (we have a large gun collection), so they will normally fit. It may be that you have a slightly different model or something in the frame is wrongly fitted, in which case you can contact us to provide fitting assistance. But if a perfect fit cannot be achieved, we will refund your money.

 Q: Will these grips require professional gunsmithing or fitting?

A: Our grips are precision-crafted using factory specification frame blueprints to ensure a drop-in fit. Because natural wood can expand or contract slightly and firearm tolerances can vary slightly by production year, minor hand-fitting is occasionally required for a tight, seamless match.

Q: How long does shipping to the USA take?

A: All orders ship directly from our workshop in Thailand via tracked international airmail. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days]. Tracking details are provided as soon as your order ships.

Q: How do I care for and maintain rosewood grips?

A: Exotic rosewood contains natural oils that give it a rich luster and durability. To maintain the finish, occasionally wipe the grips down with a soft, dry cloth. You can apply a tiny amount of high-grade gun stock oil, lemon oil, or boiled linseed oil once or twice a year to preserve the deep wood grain and protect it from moisture.

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?

A: We stand by our craftsmanship. and offer a Guaranteed Full Refund Policy If your grips arrive damaged or do not fit your specified firearm model properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a hassle-free exchange or refund. We will require photos of the grips, the non-fitting area/or damage and the frame itself to satisfy ourselves of the problem, but we wont waste time arguing about responsibility or expensive Returns. Q: Do I need to pay tariffs or Import duties if they are shipped to the US ?

A: No, based on our current understanding (and experience) of US Customs procedures and regulations, small packages that are below US$100 in value and shipped from Thailand by standard Postal Services, are not subject to US import fees or tariffs.
