Shipping Methods
All of our products will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE directly to the customer by standard registered and TRACKED air freight. We will endeavor to ship all orders within 2 working days of receipt of every order. Please be aware however, that we are shipping from Thailand and whilst it generally takes 1-2 weeks to ship to most places, it has, on very rare occasions, taken up to two months. Please be patient, our products are worth the wait.

Over the years we have realised that, because we sell globally, a Returns Policy is not realistic. One of us need to pay a lot of money to return the Product, we argue about who is responsible, you or me, and nobody wins. So, in the event that your grips genuinely do not fit and you provide a few photos to show the problem, we will GUARANTEE you a FULL REFUND.
